Welcome to the Bible-in-a-year podcast. This podcast is designed to help you in your daily Bible reading, and to help you read through the entire Bible in a year.
Each days reading varies in length from around 8 to 16 minutes in length.
The Bible reading plan used here will start you off in Genesis, and take you through the entire Bible (both old and new testament) in the order they appear, finishing in December with the book of Revelation. The readings are from the World English Bible as read by David Field.
This Bible podcast is not meant to replace your personal devotion or prayer time, but rather to help and enhance those times. You can either simply listen to the podcast each day, or you can read along as God’s Word is read aloud. Each podcast posted includes the text that is being read.
If you did not begin in January, or even at the beginning of the current book, please don’t feel you need to wait before you begin. You can join in at any time.

    We have recently begun experimenting with making the podcast and the website more mobile friendly.
    Over the next while we will be implementing steps to make it possible to play the podcast directly from your mobile browser, including the browser in the iPhone and iPod Touch.
    So far test have been very positive, and we are excited to see how this works.
